• Attended class. Agile methods, sprints, reviews, code releases. Bring teachers in as stakeholders? Requirements doc as live document on the wiki?

• Update calendar. 0.25h

• Begin work with Flash. Install and configure Flash Professional 8 at home. Reading book. More brainstorming. 1.5h

Thursday

• Different Flash content delivery methods. Embed/Progressive/Streaming. 0.75h

Friday

• Continued work with Flash. 1h

Sunday

• Learning Flash. Working through book; animation, shapes, controls. 4h

Plans:

• Consult with Japanese teachers; possibly bring them in as stakeholders.

• Develop preliminary UI

• Possibly get something minor working in Flash.
